All natural, easy to make citrus garnishes are an easy and delicious way to upgrade your at home cocktail making! These simple and gorgeous citrus slices add a pop of color to your NA drinks, whether you are hosting or bartending for one.
These garnishes are so easy to make. All you need is about 5-10 minutes of active time, an oven to dry them in, and a few hours of time to wait while they dehydrate.
I used blood oranges and tangelos, but this method will work with a variety of citrus including:
- Naval Oranges
- Grapefruit
- Lemons
- Limes
Ingredients + Tools
- Citrus
- Serrated Knife
- Parchment Paper
How to Make Your Garnishes
Arrange on a lined baking sheet, leaving some space between the slices.
Bake at 200°F for 2-4 hours, flipping every 30 minutes to make sure the orange slices don't burn.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely to room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container.
I used mine to garnish my drink from our Social Sampler Kit. How are you using yours? We want to see! Show off your bartending skills and tag us on Instagram (@dri.kit) for a chance to be featured on our page. We can't wait to see!
Cheers!
